  1.        How to earn an extra $250 to $800 every weekend by using your credit cards.

  3.              The premise behind this section is based on using your
  4.         credit cards to get a cash advance and pay them back later.  It
  5.         also includes the fact that Visa and Master Card are accepted by
  6.         many businesses.
  7.              Through my life I have come across many different money
  8.         making programs and ideas.  Many of them I have used myself and
  9.         a few I still do use now and again.  This one is definitely one
  10.         of my favorites, it's called "Surplus Closeouts".  There is a
  11.         very large industry involved with the trading of various types
  12.         of closeout merchandise.  You can find deals where new merchandise
  13.         is selling at close to 90% off the wholesale price!
  14.              The nice thing about these close out companies is that most
  15.         of them will deal with just about anybody, and most will take
  16.         Master Card and Visa.  Your purchases could be made at
  17.         tremendous discounts and you could sell the products, make a
  18.         substantial gain and never have to use any of your own cash!
  19.              In order for this idea to work you need to know of a good
  20.         close out dealer to contact.  There is magazine called the ASD
  21.         and AMD trade news which carries hundreds of ads to over 75,000
  22.         merchandise and surplus dealers.

  30.              Write them and ask for a copy of their magazine.  Make sure
  31.         you use a business name and type the request.  When you get the
  32.         magazine call the ads that offer close outs and ask for a
  33.         catalogue or a list of all their current items for sale.
  34.         While going through their lists sometimes you may not find
  35.         anything interesting but go ahead and call them anyway and ask
  36.         them if they have any close outs.  Many times their best close
  37.         outs are not even advertised.  There are many deals to be found
  38.         in this magazine, here are just a few.
  39.              $1000 worth of costume jewelry for $100, collectable
  40.         porcelain dolls worth $50 each for $8 a piece, designer watches
  41.         for $0.20 cents, tools from $.10 cents to a dollar.  Believe me
  42.         there is much more; far to much for me to put into this program!
  43.              What you have to remember about this enterprise is that
  44.         have purchased your goods for the best price in town.  These
  45.         close outs you purchased can be sold to family, friends, work
  46.         associates, at flee markets, swap meets, garage sales, want ads
  47.         and the thrifty nickel adds.  There are even some want add
  48.         papers that will let you place your advertisements at no charge!
  49.              Here is an example of one thing you could do.  Say you
  50.         found a good deal on some tools, $0.12 cents a piece.  You would
  51.         advertise in some local want add papers about a garage or yard
  52.         sale.  At your house you could have a weekend tool sale.  You
  53.         could sell your goods for $1 a piece and still make money!  Make
  54.         sure to put up bright poster board signs leading to  your house
  55.         the day of the sale.
  56.              That was one example but the product could be anything, or
  57.         several different things.  Your marketing strategy and product lines
  58.         are entirely up to you.  The result will be a nice return for you!
  59.              Another way is through auctions and collectibles.  These
  60.         are great ways to make money.  You do need to know a little
  61.         about these before you attempt this.  Go to a library and do a
  62.         little research first so you'll know exactly what you want to do
  63.         when you enter this arena.  Auctions and Estate sales are held
  64.         in communities everywhere.  You can find out about auctions in your
  65.         local area by looking in the phone book or calling the chamber
  66.         of commerce.
  67.              Government seizures and repossessions are another excellent
  68.         opportunity for profit.  There are many wealthy folks who came
  69.         about their wealth in the wrong way and have all their property
  70.         taken from them and auctioned off.  These auctions are regular
  71.         in big cities and heavily populated areas.  They are usually
  72.         advertised in the local paper but you could also learn about them
  73.         through auctioneers.

  77.         investment philosophy of credit cards.  I gave you just a few
  78.         ideas here but I want you to realize this; there are thousands
  79.         of money making opportunities and ideas out there.  Now that you
  80.         know the basics the door is open for you to use your mind and
  81.         come up with a few winners of your own!  After all, those are
  82.         the most fun, and the most profitable!!
